We have no NY/NJ appearances scheduled for 2008, this is as Northeast as we're gonna get! We're swooping down to Pennsylvania for the Wizard World Philly Convention!Check out their site!. A great time of year for a show: not quite the dog daze of summer yet, but lots of warmth in the air. The perfect time of year to visit w/ Joe, Eva & Zeke! We'll have all our usual goodies to ogle - hope to seeya there! Chicago Con: Wizard World 2008 Date(s): Thursday, June 26, 2008 through Sunday, June 29, 2008 'Chicago is my kinda town..' There is so much to love about Chicago itself; the music scene, groovy architecture & laid-back people. Also - there's the great big Chicago Con alá Wizard. As always, Chicago is a big bad busy show, so grab that ergonomic backpack, pack up them comics, make those hotel reservations good & early - we'll you in the Windy City. Paradise Comics Toronto Comic*Con '08 Date(s): Saturday, July 12, 2008 through Sunday, July 13, 2008 We are heading up to Canada! Don't forget to bring your passport! Joe & Eva are headed up to Toronto, & the Paradise Comics Toronto Con! Toronto itself is an excellent place, but throw in a friendly, well-run convention - big enough to be interesting, but small enough to still be fun to attend - & there is no reason not to go. NOW MOVED right into town, & into the very hotel you'd crash in, there is now even MORE reason to come to Paradise! This show reaffirms the idea that indie shows usually have the most genuine indie talent, as well as great mainstream names. Take a rare chance to visit Team Linsner north of the U.S. Border. Comic*Con International - San Diego 2008 Date(s): Wednesday, July 23, 2008 through Sunday, July 27, 2008 It's the biggie, the baddie, the one you gotta pack your walkin' shoes for. We refer to, of course, San Diego Comic*Con International. Unless you've actually attended, there's no way to accurately explain the size & scope of this event, other than to point out that last years, it was alleged 150K people attended. Everyone's there - TV, film, comics, you name it. If you can only do one show this year, & you like bigger shows - this is it! Dragon*Con 2008 Date(s): Friday, August 29, 2008 through Monday, September 01, 2008 Join JML & Eva H at Dragon*Con 2008, America's largest annual convention for fans of science fiction, fantasy and horror, comics and art, games and computers, animation, science, music, television and films, will be held August 29th-September 1st, Friday - Monday in downtown Atlanta, Georgia.
